Job Location:  Camarillo, CA 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare daily monitoring reports for management & staff.Responsible for preparing metrics reports for Supply Chain Group and specific reports for the Distribution Center (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).Develop metric reports that will monitor and improve the performance of the Distribution Center.Responsible for preparing annual budgets and updating budgets based on needs of the department managers.Process and review all accounts payable.Develop an accounts payable tracking system to monitor expenses.Maintain internal controls.Identify areas of the operation that can achieve cost savings or improved efficiencies.Organize and manage monthly budget meetings with budget owners in the Supply Chain Group.  Prepare other budget and financial analyses as requested.Attend weekly Operations Meetings and report on prior week’s metrics.Approximately 75% of time focused on supporting the Camarillo Distribution Center.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

·  Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time and meet deadlines. 

·  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively to various constituencies. 

·  The successful candidate will have strong skills in coordinating activities with Finance and other departments. 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·  College degree in finance or accounting highly desirable

·  3-5 years experience with financial reporting and analysis

·  Experience with Oracle package a plus

·  Experience working with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
