Business Process Analyst

Senior Financial Systems Analyst (JS-22&23): Provides functional support to the serviced agency of the Dept. of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration (TSA), will identify system problems, analysis and problem resolution of the Core Accounting System (CAS) suite of financial products.  Attends status meetings, brief status and provide input for monthly status reports.  Supports the serviced agency of TSA customers by research, analysis and definition of business functional requirements of the identified system problems of the CAS.  This person will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the purposes of servicing the TSA agency customers.  Will be acting in conjunction with the TSA Project Manager at FINCEN.  Provides functional support and testing, when required, to TSA at USCG FINCEN. 

 

Senior Financial Systems Analyst (JS-24): Provide Tier II functional and technicial support for the day to day operation of FPD and FTG. Provide technicial support in background/knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Lite dbase configuration as it relates to table structures such as: SQL, queries/script processing/scripts and Java program code.  Perform technical efforts in alignment with the FPD and FTG business process, with access to the production environment.  Provide technical Tier III support interacting with the designated Software Development Agent (SDA) at various stages at specified facilities. 

 

BS/BA in Accting, Bus., or Computer Science.  Experience in gov’t accting/financial mgmt. systems is highly desirable.
