CFO

The CFO is a senior team member of the leadership team who will lead the accounting team. The CFO is responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support corporate operations.











The position is for an individual who aspires to be successful at drawing together teams to develop relationships. Success will be measured by the ability to deliver value beyond sales in excess of threshold business targets.





Duties:



Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys Manage employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances Manage the bi-weekly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely mannerProvide efficient and effective office management Perform other related duties as required
