Position manages staff responsible for Evergreen back office support provided out of the Charlotte Office. Responsible for all human resource issue for staff; this includes managing, training, hiring and career development. Motivate and monitor staff to achieve at consistently high performance levels. Perform regular systems access reviews and complete timely required reporting. This position works closely with the Operations (internal & external), Compliance, Sales, Trading, Client and Portfolio Management teams. Responsible for sub team performance supporting various functions including but not limited to OMS compliance rule writing, OMS & SMF support, trade support, and Command Center work. Serve as point of contact for any of the above teams for escalation or business line representation on relevant current initiatives. Serve as point of contact for daily operational and tactical work requests for internal clients such as client management, sales, etc. interfacing with Evergreen's outsourced operations provider. Drive improvements in processes and infrastructure supporting the Sales and Client Management team's client onboarding activity.

Incumbent must have at least 7 years of financial experience as well as prior supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of investment services including portfolio accounting, SMF and data management, client reporting, compliance operations and performance measurement is required. Experience supporting multiple fixed income products including derivatives and structured products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required with the ability to communicate effectively with both the line of business and technical personnel. Ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels of management while balancing multiple and competing priorities and projects. Strong analytical and organizational skills required. Experience in a fast paced, investment management environment. Ambition and ability to adapt to new business approaches, models, etc. and incorporate an embrace new technology. Working knowledge of Charles River trading platform and Bloomberg preferred. BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, or related major. MBA and/or CFA preferred. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
