CONTRACTS COORDINATOR S. W. HOUSTON, TX *** TO $53,500

Handle contract, procurement  and records  management for internal and external  agreements from the initiation, creation, review and approval of contracts for this company with a long history of serving broad community programs for youth, families and seniors  in many locations in southeast Texas.  Must have the expertise to get the best terms and conditions for the company and maintain  a detailed, current data base. Duties will also include working with procurement, accounts payable, budgets and special projects. Work closely with the Directors of Procurement and Contract Administration. Candidate will need to have a background in working with federal Acquisition Regulations, Financial Manual for Grants and Contracts, insurance provisions and the processing of all contracts including lease, subcontractor agreements, MOU,  LOI, and construction agreements working with sub contractors to insure the correctness of insurance requirements, indemnification, compensation and contract terms.
