CORPORATE ACCOUNTING CONTRACT OPENINGS - TO $60/HR

Ideal candidates will have a BS degree in accounting, CPA and 10+ years related corporate accounting experience. Previous Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.

Experience in any of the following areas needed:

Consolidations, Financial Reporting, M&A, Intercompany account reconciliations & eliminations,  GAAP reporting, external reporting, SEC & MDNA disclosures, footnotes, Foreign currency translations, SOX,  Audit, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion.
