Corporate Tax Sr.Manager-Domestic 

 ·  10-15 years of tax experience

·  First review of income tax returns

·  First review of partnership tax returns

·  First review of tax analysis and other calculations related to tax adjustments for tax returns, tax provision and tax estimates

·  Some preparation of more advanced tax compliance assignments

·  Supervise special projects and assignments on as needed basis

·  Research tax questions and problems

·  Manages some relationships with outside advisers, key account personnel and other Geller Departments

·  CPA preferred; combination of public/private experience important
