CPA firm with a 55 hour work week during the tax season and the chance to become a partner is seeking an Audit manager. 7-10 years of current CPA firm experience as an Audit manager or a person who is ready to take on the responsibility as an Audit manager and have the skills just not the title.  Must also have strong technical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.  Experience working in a paper less environment (CCH ProSystem Engagement paperless audit software) would be a huge plus.  Excellent Excel skills.  This person will be managing and scheduling audits and overseeing the audit staff,  reviewing audit details of all findings, training and mentoring junior staff.  The  client base consists of construction and manufacturing and service industries.
