The ideal candidate will:

·  Be a CPA or CPA candidate

·  Have three to five years of public accounting experience performing tax compliance and accounting services (audits, reviews and compilations)

·  Be willing to participate in a variety of engagements beyond standard compliance work including management consulting, estate planning, and gift tax services

·  Be positive, self-motivated, and interested in taking initiative in their career

·  Possess a high level of principles and work ethics
