DescriptionThis position’s areas of responsibility includes the “end to end” process of branch service operations (order preparation through merchandise control to order fulfillment).  This position understands and communicates “the voice of the customer” (externally & internally) and works in a team effort with branch service and North American quality & process transformation management  in helping the management team define & establish quality and process improvement priorities.  He/she drives the quality & process improvement vision by focusing on the linkage between the customer wants/expectations and quality & process improvement KPI’s. 

Requirements BS in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other equivalent technical field1-5 years business experience in business operations, manufacturing, warehouse/logistics/distribution or engineering

 positions; 1+ years in process & continuous improvement role

Must be able to function with minimal supervision; requires a positive “can do”, “make it happen” attitude, but also requires a tough, tenacious attitude that doesn’t hesitate to “push back” and is able to weather setbacks and cultural resistance. Strong computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Access required; basic programming skills desired.
Basic understanding of financial management, total cost of operations impact analysis desiredAbility to synthesize data, translate into achievable goals and provide leadership to deliver results, on time, to budget, to plan.  Must demonstrate experience in addressing issues to senior management.
