CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS ANALYST

Primary Function:  Consistent follow-up for customer accounts to achieve goals established by Director of Financial Services and Region Financial Service Manager, approval of new customer accounts.Responsibilities: Collection calls and associated document support Reconciliation of customer accounts, including unapplied cash Customer and branch visits as appropriate Authority to restrict credit as appropriate and within guidelines of WESCO Policy Credit check new customer applications, credit approval within scope of authority Verification of job information sheets, credit approval within scope of authority Maintain lien/bond rights where applicable Review terms and conditions, make recommendations for exception Prepare reports as required Maintain current credit files on existing accounts, adjusting credit limits as required Attend NACM or other credit industry groups Create A/R invoices or credits within scope of authority FileRequirements: Five years of credit and collection experience Computer literate - Microsoft Office Products Ten key by touch
