GreenPath is a 501©(3) not-for-profit corporation providing free and low cost financial education and counseling to the community. We are seeking a fulltime Customer Service/Account Maintenance Representative for our location in Greenfield, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing positive and collaborative relationships with an assigned group of Debt Management clients. You will periodically review your clients’ account activity to identify potential or existing problems, such as missed or insufficient payments and then work with the clients to proactively solve or prevent problems. You will respond to client inquiries concerning account activity and monthly statements. You will also interact with your clients’ creditors to resolve issues with rejected Debt Management Proposals or missed payments.
Requirements
To qualify an Associate degree (or equivalent) is preferred and 2 years of related work experience, preferably in banking or lending and excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and computer skills. A bachelor’s degree can be substituted for experience. A passion for learning and assisting others is essential.
