The following are the requirements for Agents:

 Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment Telephone communication experience Proficiency working with computers Typing skills High school diploma or GED

 

Skills in the following areas are critical to success in this role:

 Problem-solving ability Strong communication skills Self-motivated
