Due to tremendous growth in our Tinley Park location, CCA is looking for highly motivated, hardworking Collectors to be a part of our Call Center. We support a promote from within policy and are seeking professionals with collections experience to build a career with our team.

Successful Candidates should have: Collections/Telemarketing/Call Center experience is a plus- but will train highly motivated people. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work shifts including evenings until 9:00pm and Saturday mornings.

We offer an excellent guaranteed base compensation with incentives based on performance and a full benefits package including health, dental, 401K and more.
