Cash Applications Coordinator for Norwalk Directory Ad Agency

Our Norwalk office has an opportunity for a detail-oriented Cash Applications Coordinator.

 

Responsibilities include: Processing incoming Credit Card payments within Merchant Service Applications Posting incoming Checks into our accounting system Maintaining and balancing daily activity Researching unprocessed payments and resolving discrepancies Reconciling monthly transactions Other various administrative duties 

 

The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently, be detailed oriented and have an aptitude for numbers.   Excellent data entry skills and Excel and Internet proficiency is required.  The ability to communicate with all levels of management, both internal and external, is also critical to success.
