Cash Management Specialist, Debts, Credits and G/L

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT: Reconciliation of multiple clearing and disbursement bank accounts including lockbox, wire, ach, disbursements, suspense, and other ancillary accounts.Provide funds allocation instructions to various departments.Prepare documentation and revision of departmental procedures as necessary.Prepare miscellaneous analytical reports as requested by management.Assist with internal and external audit as required periodically.Research wire activity and encoding errors.Research and clear outstanding bank account and G/L receivable items within specified time frames.Cross training in all cash management functions.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or3+ years accounting experience1+ year(s) mortgage experience1+ year(s) commercial banking & research1+ year(s) commercial bank account reconciliation6 months General Ledger accounting6 months cash flow analysisPrefer college degree or equivalent experienceMUST have experience with debts, credits & G/L SKILLS REQUIRED:Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Brio, MS OfficeIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send resumes along with salary requirements to: sarac@cornerstonestaff.com , or call 817-332-5882 for immediate consideration!
