Cash Receipts Clerk

Established 80 years ago, the firm is recognized as one of "America's Greatest Places to Work with a Law Degree."  We seek an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk who has the ability to handle the entire cash receipts process, including but not limited to: opening mail, identifying all incoming checks/ properly applying all incoming checks, reconciling the daily deposit to the firm's system reports generated after posting the checks for the day, handling deposit of trust funds, recording trust receipts, following up through resolution any issues/problems with the daily deposit. Successful candidates must be detailed oriented, flexible a team player, have the ability to multi-task and a proven track record for meeting all deadlines. Other requirements: - Prior experience with cash receipts - Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel - Knowledge of law firm billing experience a plus - Knowledge of Elite is a plus We offer excellent compensation and benefits along with an open and pleasant work environment.
