Chief Credit Officer

Capitol National Bank, located in Lansing, Michigan, is currently looking for an experienced Chief Credit Officer responsible for the overall lending function and loan portfolio of the Bank.  This person will be a key member of the management team and report directly to the President and CEO of the Bank.  The right candidate will possess the credit, commercial lending, and managerial experience necessary to be successful and be a mentor for the rest of the staff to follow.  The ideal candidate will also have an asset based lending background with loan workout experience as well. 

Training/Preparation Required:

A technical level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelors level program in business administration, finance, accounting or other related area and/or 7 to 12 years of increasingly responsible experience in credit management capacities with a financial institution.
