Claims Resolution Specialist

Position entails reviewing customers medical claims for accuracy.  Other duties will include:--Maintaining quality customer service--Ensuring compliance--Data entry of customer information--Review of EOB for customers and assisting with any questions/concerns--Account analysis and reconciliation--Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Qualifications:--1-2 yrs previous claims experience--Exceptional customer service and communication skills   Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
