Client Accountant

Successful, growing financial services company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accounting Team as our Client Accountant.

 

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

·   Liaison between the company and our clients

·  Prepare client invoices, payments and correspondence

·  Track client billing and cash receipts

·  Accounts receivable tracking and reporting

·  Reconcile client invoices and identify issues

·  Perform various accounting and organizational projects as needed

·  Opportunity for growth and expansion of duties

 

 Key Skills / Background Requirements:

 Detail oriented, highly motivated and deadline driven Positive attitude Ability to communicate with clients and all levels of personnel Ability to multi-task effectively and work within a team environment Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Skilled in Excel and a quick learner in other software Bachelor’s degree required: Accounting major preferred Customer service experience is a plus Accounting or billing experience a plus
