JOB DESCRIPTION


Title & Job Summary Client Budget Manager This position is responsible for monitoring all financial aspects of a client and the individual projects performed for that client. Reporting Lines Reports to Vice President-Controller, Client Finance Responsibilities Creating new jobs in the production system Developing and/or reviewing client project fees Ensuring that the client service teams obtain proper client-signed persuasive evidence for all projects such as contracts, signed estimates, purchase orders and intercompany service requests Ensure that estimates are created for all jobs and approve them based upon the client-signed persuasive evidence Monitoring jobs to ensure that purchase orders are issued timely for vendor costs Monitor client billing to ensure that they are issued timely for both fees and out-of-pocket expenses Monitor project work-in-process details to ensure costs are billable Work with the account directors and project managers to monitor the monthly revenue pipeline Ensure jobs are closed upon completion Assisting with the monthly financial statement closing process, as it relates to client issues (i.e. revenue, receivables, inventory) Assist project management with analysis of job progress and profitability Prepare other analyses and/or perform other related tasks, as required Required Skill Sets Experience:

                                               i.     At least 3-5 years experience in a similar function within the advertising/digital marketing field Good analytical skills:

                                               i.     Good interpersonal skills
