Client Experience Associate
POSITION SUMMARYThe Client Experience Associate provides writing, planning and execution support for key priorities and initiatives of the Client Experience Group, and works closely with the Client Experience team and other National team members to develop communications and execute plans based on program needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Manage and coordinate several complex internal communications and event projects with stringent timelines and a high level of quality.-Develop or assist with communicating and coordinating:--talking points and presentations for internal audiences.--columns or articles for ExperienceUs, gt.com, gtus.com, gtcategoryofone.com, and external proposals.--Client Experience email communications, surveys or questionnaires, voicemail messages, and video scripts.--Other leadership communications ( letters, etc. ) -Coordinate and distribute communications.-Manage events for Client Experience Council and Champion meetings.-Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.-Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.-Perform other job-related duties as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS-Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or other related field. -1-2 years of experience of marketing communications or related experience.-Excellent writing and editing skills, and exceptional organizational skills.-Strong project management skills; able to work with appropriate supervision on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables.-Ability to work and achieve with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.-Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
