Client Manager
TnT Expense Management is a private service company specializing in Telecommunications Expense Management, including: Consulting, Auditing, Invoice Processing, Claims Tracking, Provisioning and Telecom Contract negotiations. We provide our Fortune 500 clients with detailed analysis of telecommunications vendor invoices that frequently self-fund our services through the reduction in a client’s telecom expenses.
We have positions open for entry level and mid-level Client Managers. The Client Manager is the primary point of contact for client business groups. The Client manager develops and maintains strong customer relationships and effective business partnerships. They work closely and proactively with clients to ensure needs and requirements are identified, understood and service issues are addressed. The Client Manager will also oversee that service performance is reviewed and monitored, and ultimately, the customer’s expectations are exceeded. A key aspect of this role is to inspire customer loyalty and promote the expansion of other TnT products and services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationship to identify how TnT’s products and services can meet the client’s need.Establish and monitor service standards to ensure service levels meet or exceed customer expectations.Identify and help resolve customer problems and/or service issues timely.Monitor and Maintain customer specific metrics and deliver timely, accurate customer reports.
Qualifications:
Entry level requirements: Bachelors Degree, 2 to 3 years business experience in a sales, relationship management or project management role.
Mid level requirements: Bachelors Degree or above, 7 years business experience, in a sales, relationship management or project management role, telecom experience a must, demonstrated ability in managing client relationships with proven results.
· high quality interpersonal skills including ability to interact and form positive internal relationships
· excellent communications skills and presentation skills are mandatory
· ability to think strategically and problem solve
· extreme attention to detail, highly efficient and demonstrated ability to juggle competing demands and establish priorities
