Overview:
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) reports to a Senior Wealth Advisor (SWA) and is responsible for supporting the SWA on client service matters and operations through timely, courteous, respectful and helpful communication. The CSC will also have reporting responsibility on an indirect basis to the Director of Operations as well.
Operational Responsibilities:
· Set up and maintenance of client files, generation of new account paperwork, account transfer tracking, advent report generation
· Assist in the set up of financial plans, complete 101 forms, gather data, input data into systems and track plans and data in the process
· CRM database management
· Work with the Senior Wealth Advisor to support all operational needs on all advisory, planning and insurance business
· Respond to general inquires concerning departmental activities and operations by relating or referring to established policies and procedures
Customer Service Responsibilities:
· Schedule client meetings, answer phones, develop relationship with clients and service on client’s accounts
· Work with Senior Wealth Advisor on developing material and preparing for meetings
· Assist in the management of the SWA’s calendar, client meetings and travel arrangements
· Typing letters, mailing correspondence to clients, maintaining spreadsheets in Excel
· Perform other job-related duties and/or special projects as required
Education and/or Experience
· 2+ years financial services experience
· Technical certification or degree a plus
· Previous experience in an operational support role is strongly preferred
· Strong computer and word processing skills, including Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to respond in a timely manner, organizes tasks, manage time and prioritize projects with the focus on the needs of the client
· Ability to work effectively and efficiently with staff and clients and adjust to changing priorities
· Ability to work independently, as well as function in a team framework
· Ability to maintain confidentiality, and work independently
· Willingness to work overtime
