Client Support Representative

CORPTAX is one of the leading developers and licensors of domestic and international corporate tax software systems.

 

For more than 30 years, companies have relied on CORPTAX software to help integrate and automate tax department processes, eliminate manual and redundant tasks, enhance data accuracy and quality, and dramatically improve planning and analysis capabilities.

 

Responsibilities: Phone support for the tax compliance product of CORPTAX (CORPTAX E|T|S, CORPTax & related legacy domestic applications).  Ensure client satisfaction by quickly and accurately resolving client issues.  Identify problems or issues with software and submit program change requests to development group.  Make recommendations to management and/or development groups on how support or programs can be improved.

 

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related studies.

 

Certification: CPA preferred, but not required.

 

Experience: 1+ years of tax accounting and/or information systems knowledge or experience.  Prior work with Windows applications software and/or in-house Corporate tax software (e.g. TMS, AACTS, InSource) is a plus.  Excellent communication and client service skills, and past experience developing or maintaining spreadsheet and/or software applications is a plus.
