Climate Product Group Financial Analyst

Visteon Corporation, in a strategic recruiting partnership with Manpower Business Solutions, would like for you to consider the following opportunity with us:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Financial Controller for HVAC and PTC product lines. Responsibilities include developing financial analysis for new business quotes, analyzing forward model profitability for the Executive Project Review process, reviewing current model profitability, and working with business planner to identify roadmap actions for improvement. Additionally analyst will perform business plan development and budget analysis on the effected product lines.- Individual needs strong leadership skills to effectively work with a diverse team in the assessment of product financials, including business planners, manufacturing engineers, purchasing, property accounting, program managers, effected plant personnel and Product Line Director.- Analyst will develop effected burden rates for forward model quoting and work with the plant and business planning to measure performance and develop roadmaps to achieve financial metrics. - Ad hoc assignments could include productivity analysis, commercial negotiations, restructuring, Greenfield site analysis, raw material indexing (automaterials), etc. - Analyst will utilize Visteon financial systems including enterProj, eFIN, FIN6, and VIPER, VFDW, CMMS, and GBC.
