Collection Specialist Immediate Interviews

Experienced collectors b2b or consumer need for a large company in the western suburbs. Job responsability of the collector is to obtain payments by notifying customers of delinquent status; developing solutions to obtain payments; documenting actions. Job Duties include:

* Plan collections by receiving and analyzing delinquency reports; determining appropriate action.


* Notifiy customers of delinquent status by verifying status; sending notification.


* Collect accounts by discussing situation with customer; obtaining payment; developing a solution.


* Maintain account payments by monitoring payments; following-up to obtain payments.


* Refer accounts for legal action by forwarding account status and information.


* Document collection actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.


* Comply with regulatory requirements.


* Provide management control information by recording and summarizing collection data and trends.


Skills/Qualifications:Organization, Financial Skills, Phone Skills, Informing Others, Resolving Conflict, Customer Focus, General Math Skills, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Documentation Skills, Accurate Data Entry Skills. Must have prior collections experience.
