CITY/STATE: Las Vegas, NVPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Accounting/Finance/InsuranceEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 38,000.00 - 42,000.00 USD /year Collections Analyst Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced, detail orientated, end result driven, self-directed candidate for an opening as a Collections/Credit Analyst for an International Gaming Manufacturer located in Las Vegas, NV.  This well established company has a great benefits package, opportunity to grow and excellent company culture.  The position will be responsible for the following: Refining methods of collections applicable to each business unit Collection procedures such as phone calls, letters and legal action Performs account reconciliations and analyses as necessary Enforces adherence to Corporate Collection policies and procedures; implements changes approved and deemed necessary by the Corporate Controller Provides weekly Collection status reports to Senior Management on the key accounts with balances due in a given quarter Review and maintain on a daily basis the status of customers orders put on hold Continually review and resolve issues with customer and internal Sales staff Manages and reviews high dollar exposure accounts in the financial systems Prepares reports of findings and recommends appropriate action on customer accounts and credit levelsA qualified candidate will be able to handle a high stress environment.  Must have 3-5 years experience in Credit and Collections with a stable work history.  A Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, preferred but not required.  High school diploma or GED is required.  PC proficient with Excel, Work, Outlook, AS400.  Effective verbal and written communication skills.  Pass a drug screen and criminal background check, required.    About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
