As a Recovery Specialist, you will contact our clients' customers through consistent telephone contact to resolve outstanding balances. You will be responsible for effectively managing accounts to ensure service excellence and professionalism. Experience in the debt collection industry is not required. Our dedicated training staff is committed to providing the necessary tools to become a success. Our training program has been cited as one of the best and most extensive in the industry.
