Collections Reps needed immediately

We have an immediate need for Collection Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for collecting debt and company owned equipment and promoting customer retention by offering and selling company services as well as ensuring awareness of available products and services are current. Successful candidates will have experience handling customer repair needs, setting priorities, scheduling and rescheduling services calls, utilizing trouble-shooting skills to determine service outages and developing and maintaining excellent customer relations. They must have the ability to answer customer questions with appropriate and accurate information as well as questions involving programming, billing and troubleshooting and be able to bring prompt resolution of customer problems/complaints.
