Collections Reps (third party)

CBCS is currently seeking full time Collection Representatives/Bilingual Collection Representatives (third party) that will be responsible for performing collection activities on delinquent accounts. Utilizing knowledge of collection policies and procedures to establish goals and reach objectives. This position has the responsibility of being firm, professional, courteous and diplomatic with all contacts. The ideal candidates must possess a working knowledge of current and pending laws and regulations pertaining to collections. Must have the ability to make sound decisions and work in a fast pace environment and maintain confidentiality on all account activity

 

Qualifications:

Preferred canidates will have previous 1st or 3rd party collection experience Preferred candidates will have previous experience in medical collections Excellent written and oral communication skills

Working knowledge of basic office equipment

Must have a working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

Able to type at least 30 words per minute

Must have good credit/ No criminal background

Must be over 18 Must have High School Diploma or GED

Monday - Thursday 8am to 12am

Friday 8am to 8pm
