Collections Specialist Westborough, MA

United Medical Systems, a leader in shared mobile medical services with accounts in multiple states, is currently seeking a full-time Collections Specialist for its headquarters located in Westborough, MA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contacting customers who are delinquent in payments and ensuring the collection of their past due amounts.  This may require obtaining commitment agreements or structuring repayment plans.  The Collections Specialist will also be responsible for assisting the Accounting Department with various functions.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years experience working in collections or a related degree.  Proven customer service skills and the ability to work independently are required.
