Collector/Credit Analyst

Base Collector - Credit Analyst  M-F 10:30am - 7:00pm - Some overtime required The Collector will work to prioritize contact with delinquent customers through the use of the OIM collection system and work to quickly and efficiently contact all delinquent customers assigned.  The collector will utilize key portfolio metrics such as DSO%, % Current, and AR > 75 days past due to manage priorities.  Identify issues that require further research and follow through  with the customer or supporting departments to ensure the issue is resolved.  Key priorities are to obtain payment on unpaid invoices, assist with resolving service issues and help reconcile Accounts Receivable discrepancies.Need to have bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Pay is $11/hrPlease apply online at www.spherion.com/jobs and use job order ID 100959019 Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
