Compensation Analyst III
Description:Administration of US Field Sales rollout of the new accelerated growth sales model incentive plans included in the compensation manual and other Sales Compensation related items.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides support for the implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs.Analyzes business problems / issues to be solved with a variety of systems including designing and maintaining ACCESS database where needed to solve needs prior to SAP conversion.Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing processes and procedures that meet the needs of the business requirements for compensation purposes.Interact frequently with Field Sales personnel and others cross functional areas to resolve issues and implement new accelerated growth sales model by district.Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for compensation baseline, goal and actual performance measures.Reconciles data to ensure proper sales volumes are being used in any new processes developed.Qualifications:Four-year college education; finance or accounting.Minimum of 5 years of related finance / accounting experience.Requires strong skills in EXCEL and ACCESS.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceRockwell Automation offers a competitive benefit plan.
