Compliance Analyst III

Assists in managing the day-to-day compliance efforts of the Ethics office related the Code of Conduct.  Assists management in controlling the process by which business unit managers can ensure compliance with the Code.  Manages requests via the Company's Code RAP (Reports and Permissions) Systems and assists in investigations of alleged misconduct. Latitude in making independent decisions is within specifically defined parameters.  Contact is primarily with Middle to Senior Business Unit Management.

At least 5 - 7 years' of relevant product/financial services and/or auditing and compliance management experience with a demonstrated knowledge of banking and fiduciary regulations (both domestic and international) and/or operations .  Prior project management experience required.  Typically has undergraduate degree.  Works on complex projects independently.  May provide advice to entry-level and middle management employees.  Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical abilities, oral and written communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional approach to problem solving.  Proven interpersonal skills in order to influence and impact business decisions over which the incumbent has no direct authority.  Outstanding oral and written communication skills.  Ability to deal with sensitive, confidential information required.  Proven ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously (multi-tasking).
