Compliance Officer / Project Manager

Function as project manager over new initatives and projects relating to reporting and other ad hoc projects. Manage Compliance Objectives Reporting Working knowledge of financial industry, SEC, FINRA, Federal Reserve Board, OCC, OTS and other domestic and international regulatory agency requirements.
