JOB DETAILS:Compliance Professional/Risk and Control

Risk and control specialist for the Financial Reporting Operations - Financial Systems Operations Unit to ensure compliance with corporate and external policies. Assist with process mapping, flowcharting and RCSA testing, for Financial Reporting Operations - Financial Systems Operations Unit.
Develop and maintain flowcharts for core processes/sub-processes and ensure updated cohesion with written procedural documents. Assess risk in a dynamic corporate, technology and regulatory environment. Test documented functions. Assist departments/management with internal and external audits.
- BS in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 Years experience in risk and control and financial systems
- Strong flowcharting skills
- Compliance or audit background
- Working knowledge/experience with SOX404 and FDICIA requirements
- Good judgment and decision making skills
- Analytical skills, able to analyze corporate policies and identify gaps in standards in the production environment
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, across all management levels
- Well organized with ability to multi-task under pressure
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Continuous process improvement skills
- Technical writing skills
Must have MS Visio experience for this position.
