Construction Accounting Manager - Controller

Hollister Construction Company is seeking a degreed accountant for general ledger, work in process, financial statements, budgets, projections and external reporting. Additional work will include processing in house payroll for 20, related tax transactions and AIA progress billings.

You should have a thorough working knowledge of percentage of completion accounting principles including AA billings, cash management and insurance.  We require a a professional business manager with the willingness to help us move forward.  Experience with American Contractor is desired - experience and proficiency on other software systems is required.  A four year accounting degree is preferred however we will consider a person with a two year degree and substantial relevant experience.
