DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The position of Accountant/Management Consultant is part of Plante & Moran’s Management Consulting Strategy team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Consultant position will be based in Southfield, Michigan OR Cleveland, Ohio, (pending candidate's preference). Responsibilities include:Assisting with the preparation of financial and due diligence assessmentsDevelopment of financial forecastsAssisting with the development/review of financial reports to determine quality of historical earnings, revenues, expenses, etc. Analyzing financial statements, including significant spending, variance to budget, capital turns, etc. Tax ComplianceBudgetingTRAVEL:

30% travel is required with this position

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:2-3+ years of accounting/finance work experience; experience with mfg/distribution is highly preferred. Excellent technology skills.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Must have completed at least 2 parts of the CPA examPLEASE APPLY ONLINE AT:
