Consumer Relationship Marketing Analyst

Job Responsibilities to include:

Maintaining, mining and analyzing Wild Card shopping behavior data.

Developing, implementing and measuring results of CRM programs.

Researching and resolving CRM data integrity issues with IT.

Monitoring and addressing company website CRM issues.

Collecting and compiling competitive and trade area intelligence and data.

Participating in CRM budget development.

Handling trade area mapping and/or customer spotting with Demographics Now Program.

Providing support for and/or participating in Consumer Affairs special events efforts.

Willingness to serve on a team and be cross trained in different roles.

Proofing all CRM creative advertising for ads, websites and signs.

Additional projects as assigned by the Manager and Director.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Must have strong analytical skills and have an aptitude for math.

Must be able to establish priorities and solve problems with minimal supervision.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and/or Experience:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree with a focus on analytics.

Retail or supermarket experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Excel, Lotus Notes, Lawson and Mainframe.

Previous Accounting experience preferred.
