Contract Analyst Zions Bancorporation has an immediate opening for a Contracts Analyst to join the Corporate Contracts Management team in Corporate Procurement. The Contracts Analyst is responsible for analyzing and negotiating vendor contracts including purchase agreements, professional service agreements, software and hardware license and maintenance agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Drafts contract language with legal department guidance. Communicates with internal business owners and vendors to coordinate contract reviews and approvals. Manages detailed records in contract management database and reports regularly on the status of contracts in development. Works closely with vendor management analyst to ensure that contracts adhere to internal policies and reflect current regulatory requirements. Participates on procurement sourcing teams to support vendor relationship research, summarize contract terms and conditions, and advise business owners during negotiations. Working knowledge of PC software including Microsoft Word is essential. Other duties as assigned.Requirements Strong preference for attorney licensed in the state of Utah or JD degree. Bachelor´s degree. 2+ years experience analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts. Background in technology or financial services industry and experience with software license agreements also preferred.
