Our client in the Galleria area has an urgent contract need for a fixed asset professional. Qualified candidates must be available immediately. Job Specific Skills  Working knowledge of JD Edwards Fixed Asset Experience Strong technical accounting and analytical skills Advanced skills with Microsoft office Suite Strong knowledge of accounting principals and practices 3+ years of accounting experience Duties/Responsibilities: Under direct supervision, conducts and documents moderate to complex financial reports. Prepare monthly PP&E roll-forward schedules and GL transactional Fixed Asset Activity Reports Process, Adds, Retirements, and Transfers Prepare Gain and Loss Reports Process JDE Depreciation and perform depreciation analysis Assist with the month-end closing process  Company: Accounting Principals Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Location: Houston, TX 77057 Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
