ACCOUNTABILITIES, INC., located in Manalapan, NJ and one of the preeminent and most innovative providers of specialized professional consulting, staffing and recruiting services to middle-market through Fortune 1000 companies, with offices nationwide, is seeking a Controller to join its team.

 

AccountAbilities is experiencing a high rate of growth.  This position will lead or be involved in several important initiatives including overall day to day financial management, SEC reporting, system implementations and SARBOX compliance.  The position will have a high level of interaction with executive management and clients.  The right individual will possess the following characteristics:

 A CPAPrevious controllership duties in a public company including involvement in SEC reportingHave led external auditsExcellent financial reporting skillsThe ability to lead a full scope internal finance team including payroll, accounts receivable, collections, general accounting and reportingHeavy oversight and experience with the payroll processPrevious system implementation experienceOverall 10+ years of experience with 2-4 in public accounting, and 2-4 as a Controller or similar position in a public companySARBOX experience is considered a plus
