Century Group has a consulting engagement for a SEC Reporting professional.  Responsibilities: 10-K and 10-Q filings. Footnote preparation. FASB/GAAP research. Requirements: Recent and relevant SEC experience. BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA with Big 4 or national public accounting experience is a PLUS. 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Proficiency with Excel essential, exposure to a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Great Plains) preferred. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
