Corporation-Responsible for preparation of individual & consolidated financial reports for Construction and Services and its subsidaries, Leasing and Administrative Divisions, analysis and presentation of findings and recommendations to top management, insurance policies review, needs analysis and policy renewal negotiations, physical inventories, cash flows and analysis, budget preparations, oversight of accounting department and internal control procedures, and other duties as assigned.  The right candidate should possess strong leadership skills, is well organized, performs duties timely and accurately, strives for good working relationships, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. 

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting
5 years experience as controller or Department Head of Accounting
Accounting experience in the Federal Contracting Arena strongly desired
Experience with Great Plains Dynamics or other accounting software and spreadsheets, along with training and supervisory experience.
Reports Directly to CFO and works in partnership with construction general manager.
