Controller

ICX Group is recruiting for a Controller for a private start-up company headquartered in Jacksonville with aggressive growth plans. The Company is currently in operations and is close to opening a second location with plans to open additional operational centers. The position currently reports directly to the CEO. The Controller will be responsible for accounting, financial analyses, banking relationships, leases, forecasting and other duties related to a growing company. As the Company grows the Controller will be responsible for growing the department. The Company plans to go public once it reaches a certain size. This is a great opportunity for somebody that wants to join an entrepreneurial company on the ground floor, with tremendous upside.

 Requirements:

- 3 - 5 years of public accounting experience

- industry experience a plus but not required

- Big 4 experience strongly preferred

- CPA strongly preferred

- strong educational background from a well respected educational institution

- excellent interpersonal skills

- highly motivated

- career oriented
