Job Description



CONTROLLER

This is a financial position with an expectation for advancement to CFO. In this position you will advance through a hands-on mentoring program. You will be responsible for managing the accounting and business office functions including financial analysis and cost reporting. Your operational interaction will include Health Information, Material Management, Information Systems, and Utilization Review/Case Management. The training program period is approximately 12 to 24 months at which point you will be required to relocate upon promotion to CFO. A relocation package is provided. 

Primary Responsibilities: Hands on management of all accounting and business office functions, including financial analysis and budgeting Operational responsibilities for Health Information, Materials Management, Information Systems and Utilization

Job Requirements

Undergraduate degree required in accounting, finance or business administration Masters Degree preferred 1-3yrs of progressive experience in accounting systems in a hospital or healthcare setting (or) 1-3yrs public accounting experience as an auditor or financial analyst (or) 1-3yrs experience in management of business units or a position in corporate accounting as a financial analyst Ability to analyze complex problems and identify solutions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; oral and written Knowledgeable of various computer programs and software
