Controller - Dynamic Seattle Company!!

Cutting edge, innovative company provides solid path to success through professional and personal growth!Day-to-day accounting functions include managing a team of six and overseeing the month end close including financial statement preparation and internal and external financial reporting. Manages internal controls and systems in compliance with GAAP, SOX and corporate policies and procedures. Will lead all audits and work closely with outside audit firms. Assist with systems conversion and act as liaison between accounting and operational departments locally and nationally.Minimum Requirements:~CPA~BA/BS in Accounting/Finance~5 years experience at Assistant Controller/Controller level with management~Experience with US publicly held company or public accountingIdeal candidate will meet the above minimum requirements and possess strong leadership qualities.
