Controller with CPA

Title: ControllerLocation:  Foster City, CA Department: Accounting/Finance

Salary Range:  Based on past salary history and experience

Strong Real Estate/Construction/Engineering Experience is a Must!  CPA is Required!

· Preparing loan draw applications for construction projects.

· Assisting in monitoring mechanics lien procedures.

· Direct interaction with regional, district and store managers regarding accounting issues.

· Supervising accounting team responsible for A/P, A/R and Payroll.

· Preparing and analyzing daily sales reports, percentage rent calculations, sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, detail job costs and financial statements.
