Corporate Accountant

Corporate Accountant - Chicago based manufacturing company currently seeking qualified candidates to join the financial reporting department.

Position will work on the SEC reporting, tax and general accounting function. Ability to work with the corporate accounting manager and the CFO is critical. Desire to work on special projects ranging from industry analysis, product line analysis and competitor analysis is critical. Must be able to work independently.

This organization is aggressively growing - must have the desire to work on due diligence and merger and acquisition projects for both domestic and foreign targets.

This position will have audit/Financial Analyst/Accountant duties. Very dynamic and will be involved in all aspects of the business.

$75-100k salary range - flexible for the perfect candidate. Strong bonus plan.
